Initially, old existing file formats & new s/be provided for comparison

I wish to hell someone would inform us of ANY file format changes, primarily in the TABSALL.TXT and LOOKUP3.TXT files.

What Id like to see (and have) is a file in the same format as LOOKUP3.TXT that shows Rajar station code, Station name , survey period , weighted and in-weighted fields.
